11. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 15 minutes.
12. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed. Select S (stir).
13. Press the START/STOP button to start the programme.
The appliance will beep after 15 minutes.Your compote is now ready. Allow to cool before
serving.
