Note 2: When using the AUTO programme, other foods and seasonings can be added
during cooking by opening the cover (B). Cooking and mixing will stop when you open
the cover (B).When you close the cover (B) onto the bowl (E), press the START/STOP button
to restart cooking and mixing in AUTO mode.
Note 3: You can stop and cancel automatic cooking at any time by pressing the
STOP/START button followed by the AUTO button to cancel the automatic programme.
Tip for recipes containing garlic,onion or ginger: we would recommend that you cook
them in the bowl before adding other foods and vegetables.
1. Position the blades (D) and stirrer (C) in the bowl.
2. Do not put any ingredients into the stainless steel bowl,close the glass cover and position
the bowl on the motor unit.
3. Place the measuring cap (A) in the top of the glass cover (B).
4. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
5. Press the TEMP button several times to select a temperature of 120°C.
6. Press the START/STOP button to preheat the bowl.
7. After 1 minute, open the glass cover and pour some oil into the bowl along with your
(finely chopped) garlic, onion or ginger.
8. Replace the glass cover and press the CHOP button several times. Select speed S (Stir).
9. Press the '-' button to adjust cooking time to 3 minutes.
10. Press the START/STOP button.
11. After 3 minutes, press the START/STOP button to stop cooking and open the cover.
12. Add your vegetables (and other ingredients) and some water to the bowl.
13. Replace the glass cover and press the AUTO button followed by the START/STOP button
to start the automatic cooking programme.The word AUTO will then appear in the top
right-hand corner of the LCD screen and
the LCD screen.
*** Programming an automatic delayed start***
1. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
2. Press the AUTO button to select the automatic programme. The word AUTO will then
appear in the top right-hand side of the LCD screen.
3. Press the PROG button.The LCD screen will display [04 00] (4 hours).
4. Press the'+'or'-'button to select the start time (Max.: 24 hours). If you enter, for example,
[06 00], the appliance will turn itself on in 6 hours.
Note: the time is adjusted in minutes. Pressing'+'once will increase the time by a minute.
Pressing and holding the '+' key will increase the time by 10 minutes.
1. Press the START/STOP button.A countdown to the start will begin and the time remaining
will continue to decrease.
2. Once the time has run out,the appliance will turn itself on automatically (cooking at 100°C
for 30 minutes with 2 mixing speeds (L and H))
will appear in the top left-hand corner of
