Note: You can stop the delayed start programme by pressing the START/STOP button once
before pressing the PROG button once.The word PROG will then disappear from the LCD
screen.
*** Cooking in manual mode ***
1. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
2. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time (Max.: 24 hours).
Note: the time is adjusted in minutes. Pressing'+'once will increase the time by a minute.
Pressing and holding the '+' key will increase the time by 10 minutes.
3. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature.
4. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed:S (stir),L (low) or H (high).
5. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
LCD screen then alternates between [SPEED TIME] and [TEMPERATURE].The cooking
time will continue to decrease.You can extend or reduce the cooking and preparation
time at any time by pressing '+' or '-' buttons.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1) CHOP (mix) button.When you turn the appliance on, the mixing mode is not selected.
Position O (OFF).If you press the START/STOP button to start cooking,the mixing function
will not be selected.The appliance will cook your ingredients without mixing them.Once
the appliance is turned out you will not be able to add the mixing stage. If you need to
add this function, press the START/STOP button to stop the cooking programme before
pressing the CHOP button several times to select the mixing mode.Press the START/STOP
button to start cooking and mixing.
2) TEMP (temperature) button. When you plug in the device the temperature will not be
selected.Position O (OFF).If you press the START/STOP button the appliance will not heat
up. If you need to add the cooking function, press the START/STOP button to stop the
cooking programme before pressing the TEMP button several times to select the cooking
temperature. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
3) Selecting the time.When you plug in the appliance the cooking or preparation time is
automatically set to 30 minutes.You can adjust the cooking or preparation time before
or after pressing the START/STOP button by pressing the '+' or '-' buttons.
4) You can press the START/STOP button during cooking or preparation to stop cooking
(or preparation) and adjust the CHOP (mix) and TEMP (temperature) functions if
necessary.
5) 'Keep warm' function: Once the cooking time has ended the appliance will stop
cooking and
automatically switch to 'keep warm' mode, which will keep your soup at a low
temperature for 60 minutes.If you have selected a cooking temperature of 80°C or more
the appliance will keep your recipe at 75°C for 60 minutes.If you have selected a cooking
temperature of 40°C the appliance will keep your recipe at 40°C, stirring it periodically.
After 60 minutes the appliance will turn itself off completely.
