The appliance will cook and mix the strawberries for 30 minutes.
The appliance will beep after 30 minutes.If you want to tell whether your preserve is cooked,
pour a drop onto a cold plate.If the drop congeals,your preserve is cooked.If the drop does
not congeal, cook the recipe for a little longer at 80°C and on the 'S'mixing speed setting.
Preparing jars: Preserve jars and lids should ideally be scalded and left to dry before use.
Pour the preserve into the jar, close the jar and turn upside down.Wait for the preserve to
cool completely before turning them the right way up.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
This easy-to-make sauce can also be made using milk chocolate.
Serve in small pots with biscuits, fruit, brioche, etc.
1L milk
120g dark chocolate
3 egg yolks
80g sugar
40g flour
1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and flour in a separate container.
2. Place the 'Blender' tool in the bowl.
3. Pour the milk into the stainless steel bowl.
4. Place the glass cover on the bowl.
5. Position the bowl on the motor unit.
6. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature. Select 80°C.
7. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 6 minutes.
8. Press the START/STOP button to start the programme.
The appliance will beep after 6 minutes. If the milk has not yet boiled, cook for a few more
minutes.
9. Press the START/STOP button to stop the appliance.
10. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the bowl (through the opening in the top
of the cover).
11. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature. Select 80°C.
12. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 5 minutes.
13. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed. Select S (stir).
14. Press the START/STOP button to start the programme.
The appliance will beep after 5 minutes.
