Cooking in manual mode
7. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
8. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time (Max.: 24 hours).
Note: the time is adjusted in minutes. Pressing'+'once will increase the time by a minute.
Pressing and holding the '+' key will increase the time by 10 minutes.
9. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature.
10. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed: S (stir), L (low) or H
(high).
11. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
LCD screen then alternates between [SPEED TIME] and [TEMPERATURE].The cooking
time will continue to decrease.You can extend or reduce the cooking and preparation
time at any time by pressing '+' or '-' buttons.
TOMATO SOUP
6 tomatoes or 2 tins of peeled tomatoes
4 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 soup spoons olive oil
1 vegetable stock cube
1 litre water
Salt and pepper
Basil
Cubes of mozzarella or feta or parmesan shavings
1. Clean and dice all your vegetables.
2. Position the blades and stirrer in the bowl.
3. Place your diced vegetables, oil, stock cube and a few basil leaves into the stainless steel
bowl.
4. Add water to the bowl so that it reaches at least the 'I' mark and at most the 'II' mark.
5. Place the glass cover on the bowl.
6. Plug in the appliance. An alert will sound and the LCD screen will light up and display
[0:30].
7. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 15 minutes.
8. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature. Select 100°C.
9. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed. Select S (Stir).
10. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
The appliance will beep after 10 minutes.
11. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking time. Select 5 minutes.
