12. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature. Select 100°C.
13. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed. Select H.
14. Press the START/STOP button to start cooking.
The appliance will beep after 5 minutes.Your soup is now ready to be served with cubes
of mozzarella or feta or parmesan shavings.
GAZPACHO
Gazpacho is a deliciously refreshing cold tomato soup served with diced vegetables, often
in the summer as a main course. It can also be served in small glass as an appetizer.
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1kg tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
250g breadcrumbs
1dl olive oil
4dl poultry stock
1dl wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne or Tabasco pepper
1. Clean all your vegetables.
2. Dip your tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds before peeling them.
3. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes
4. Clean and dice the peppers, onion and garlic.
5. Peel the cucumber and slice in half to remove pips before dicing.
6. Put part of each vegetable aside to use as a garnish later on.
7. Position the blades and stirrer in the bowl.
8. Place your diced vegetables into the stainless steel bowl and add salt and pepper.
9. Add the olive oil.
10. Place the glass cover on the bowl.
11. Press the TEMP button several times to select OFF (no cooking).
12. Press the '+' or '-' button to select preparation time. Select 10 minutes.
13. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed. Select 'H' (high).
14. Press the START/STOP button to start the programme.
The appliance will beep after 10 minutes.
Mix the poultry stock with the wine vinegar in a separate container, add the breadcrumbs
and stir.
