The Transfer of alarm fault (ALFT) is tripped when the controller enters fault mode. The
alarm is tripped if parameter O2FT is set to ON and stops if OFF is programmed on ALFT.
The controller enters fault mode if a sensor is open-circuit or the A-D converter fails.
TYPES
Difference alarm, high dE.Hi
This type of alarm is linked to the SP1 regulation setpoint. The alarm must be programmed
as a difference from SP1. For example, the combination SP1 = 100° C and SP2 = 10° C trips
an alarm if the temperature exceeds 110° C
Difference alarm, low dE.Lo
This type of alarm is linked to the SP1 regulation setpoint. The alarm must be programmed
as a difference from SP1. For example, the combination SP1 = 100° C and SP2 = -10° C
trips an alarm if the temperature is below 90° C
High symmetrical alarm db.Hi
This type of alarm is linked to the SP1 regulation setpoint. The alarm must be programmed
as a difference from SP1 defining a band centred on SP1.
For example, the combination SP1 = 100° C and SP2 = 10° C trips an alarm if the
temperature is in the band from 90 to 110° C
Low symmetrical alarm db.Lo
This type of alarm is linked to the SP1 regulation setpoint. The alarm must be programmed
as a difference from SP1 defining a band centred on SP1.
For example, the combination SP1 = 100° C and SP2 = 10° C trips an alarm if the
temperature is not in the band from 90 to 110° C
High absolute alarm Pu.Hi
This type of alarm is independent of the SP1 regulation setpoint. An absolute value must be
programmed.
For example, SP2 = 10° C trips an alarm if the tempe rature exceeds 10° C
Low absolute alarm Pu.Lo
This type of alarm is independent of the SP1 regulation setpoint. An absolute value must be
programmed.
For example, SP2 = 10° C trips an alarm if the tempe rature is below 10° C

3.8 Calibration

NOTE: During the recalibration, you must use a specific precision instrument, and when the
new calibration is applied, all of the initial values will be lost. The calibration procedure is
available from your dealer.
