3.5.6 Automatic operation

This is the normal mode of use of the controller.
Use the procedures below to change the regulation setpoint
ST48-15
To enable a change of regulation setpoint, press
unit indicates the current setpoint. The • and • keys are used to adjust the regulation
setpoint. After a few seconds of inactivity, the display once again indicates the
measurement value.
ST24-15
To enable a change of regulation setpoint, press the • or • key directly (the display unit
indicates the setpoint) for adjust the regulation setpoint. After a few seconds of inactivity, the
display once again indicates the measurement value.
3.5.7 Programming the user menu
See the table of menus.
In the normal regulation mode, the PV (Process Value) indicator is on, indicating that the
main display unit displays the temperature or process value.
To change the parameters of the user menu, proceed as follows:
Press repeatedly; the main display unit displays one by one the values of the
parameters concerned PV

Series 15 controllers are configured with the default values given in the right-hand column
of the table of parameters.
To start this configuration operation, proceed as follows:
Press for at least 3 seconds to display "Set"
change the type of input (TC, PT100, or other), then
in the list ... see the table containing the list of parameters.

INPT: Selects the type of sensor or signal for input.
Type: (thermocouple) J_TC, K_TC, T_TC, E_TC, B_TC, R_TC, S_TC, N_TC, L-TC
(Pt100) PT.DiN, PT.JS
(Linear) 4-20, 0-20, 0-60, 0-1V, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10
UNIT: Selects the measurement unit
Unit: ° C, ° F, PU (Process Unit) If the unit is neither ° C nor ° F, PU is selected by default
DP : Selects the resolution of the process value
Range : (For T/C and PT100) NO.DP, 1-DP
(For linear) NO.DP, 1-DP, 2-DP, 3-DP
INLO : Selects the low scale value for linear type inputs
