3.6 PROGRAMMING
Press for 3 seconds and release in order to access the configuration menu. Press
to select the desired parameter. The display unit displays the symbol of the parameter.
Press • and • and • to view or modify the value of the selected parameter.

3.5.1 Protections

Using the LOCK parameter, one of four security levels can be selected:
In the LOCK menu:
When NONE is selected: no parameters are locked
When SET is selected: all installation parameters are locked
When USER is selected: all installation and user data (See Section 1-5) are
locked, except the setpoint value, and cannot be modified.
When ALL is selected: all parameters are locked and cannot be modified.
Series 15 STATOPs have several security levels (SEL function) to deny an unauthorized
user access to the fundamental regulation parameters.

3.5.2 Manual operation

To allow operation of the regulation output in manual mode, the LOCK parameter must be
set to NONE. It is then necessary to press
then keep pressed for 3 seconds .
The MAN indicator (ST 48-15) or the measurement display unit (ST 24 –15) flashes to
indicate that the output has changed over to manual mode. The • or •
adjust the value (in %) of the output for the heating power or the cooling power.
Attention, danger: The controller is open loop (inactive) for as long as it remains in manual
mode
Exiting from manual mode
When the R key is pressed, the controller returns to its normal operating mode (closed
loop).
