CAUTION!
Ensure the glass bulb of the probe is kept moist at
all times. During storage, the glass bulb must be
covered by KCI electrolyte storage solution.
A graduated beaker to fill a measured quantity of
KCI storage solution is included in the scope of
supply.
Store the probe with the transparent cap, but
•
without the probe guard.
Fill the transparent cap with KCI electrolyte
•
storage solution before storing.
Alternatively, it is possible to use tap water as stor-
age solution.
CAUTION!
Never use distilled water as a storage solution!
CAUTION!
Make sure the electrodes do not come into con-
tact with the KCI electrolyte solution (storage solu-
tion for the pH probe).
Store the probe in a dry location with the
•
probe guard screwed on.
Do not dispose of electronic equipment along with
household waste. Dispose of electronic equipment
in accordance with applicable environmental regu-
lations. Damaged rechargeable batteries are con-
sidered hazardous waste. Dispose of damaged or
used rechargeable batteries at the collection
points provided.
