Problem
SUCTION INLET AND SKIRT
The suction inlet does not lower
The skirt does not open/close
HOPPER AND RELEVANT DOOR
The hopper does not lift/dump
The hopper does not return to horizontal posi-
tion/lower
The hopper door does not open/close
Possible cause
The lowering control has not been used prop-
erly
The safety chain is locked
There is an open in the lowering push-button
The power supply fuse is open
The distributor solenoid valve is not powered
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system
The cylinder calibration dowels are clogged
There is an open in the opening/closing
switches
The power supply fuse is open
The distributor solenoid valves are not powered Check the electrical system
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system
The cylinder calibration dowel is clogged
The skirt is damaged or jammed
The working mode is not activated
The hopper sensors are out of position or dam-
aged
The hopper is not at a safe position to be
dumped
There is an open in the lifting/dumping switches Replace
