Bulky debris collection
1.
To collect bulky debris, lift the suction inlet skirt by pressing the push-button (38, Fig. D) on the joystick.
•
Note that, while the skirt is lifted, the machine suction power decreases.
•
To close the skirt press the push-button (39, Fig. D) on the joystick.
NOTE
When the hopper is full, the machine cannot collect dust and debris anymore.
2.
After each working cycle, and when the hopper (2, Fig. G) is full, it must be emptied.
For the relevant procedure, see the next paragraph.
Stopping the machine in working mode
1.
To stop the machine release the pedal (5, Fig. D).
To stop the machine quickly, press also the brake pedal (4, Fig. D).
2.
Engage the parking brake with the lever (3, Fig. D).
3.
Turn off the brooms and the suction fan by turning the switch (29, Fig. E) to the intermediate position.
4.
To fully lift the suction inlet and the side brooms, press and hold the upper part of the switch (29, Fig. E).
5.
Close the 3rd broom arm extension by changing its rotation direction by pressing the switch (46, Fig. D).
6.
Lift the 3rd broom by pressing the push-button (43, Fig. D) on the joystick.
7.
Close the 3rd broom arm by pressing the push-button (40, Fig. D) on the joystick.
8.
Turn off the dust control system water pump by pressing the lower part of the switch (28, Fig. E).
9.
If open, close the dust control system valves (8, 9 and 10, Fig. D).
10.
Turn the engine speed adjusting potentiometer (12, Fig. E) to idle, and leave the machine in this condition for a few minutes to
let the system stabilize.
11.
Check that the hopper (2, Fig. G) is lowered and that the warning light (8, Fig. E) is off.
12.
Disable the hydraulic system by pressing the upper part of the switch (31, Fig. E).
13.
Turn the gear selector (11, Fig. D) to central position.
14.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (6, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
WARNING!
In case of immediate danger for the operator or other people, press the emergency push-button (19, Fig. E) to
stop the engine. Do not use the emergency push-button to stop the engine under normal conditions.
15.
The headlights must be turned off.
16.
Get out of the machine and place the side broom safety pins to their original position (engaged), and place the 3rd broom
safety chain to its original position.
