3) Install the throat plate, feed dog and presser foot for the bottom feed, and adjust the lateral and longitudinal positions of the
feed dog in regard to the feed dog slot of throat plate.
* Install the feed dog parallel to the feed dog slot of the throat plate.
* Adjust the lateral position of the feed dog by loosening clamping screw 1 in the feed rocker base arm and setscrew 2 in
the feed driving cam, and moving the feed base to the right or left when the lateral position cannot be adjusted with the
looseness of the setscrew hole of the feed dog.
* Adjust the longitudinal position of the feed dog by loosening clamping screw 1 in the feed rocker base arm so that the feed
dog does not come in contact with the throat plate (the front and rear clearances should be almost equal.) at the position
where the feed dog moves to the extreme front or to the extreme rear when the scale of feed dial is set to the maximum.
* When the feed driving cam is loosened, be careful that the longitudinal position between the feed driving cam and the
feed rocker base arm is not slipped. (Be careful that the feed driving cam is not excessively pressed.)
1) 針送り用の針板 !3 ・ 送り歯 !4 ・ 押え !5 を外します。
2) 中釜押え !6 ・ 釜 !7 を外します。
1) Remove throat plate !3 , feed dog !4 and presser foot !5

for the needle feed.
2) Remove bobbin case positioning fi nger !6 and hook !7 .
1) Stichplatte !3 , Transporteur !4 und Nähfuß !5 für
Nadeltransport entfernen.
2) Spulenkapsel-Positionierfi nger !6 und Greifer !7 entfernen.
1) Retirer la plaque à aiguille !3 , la griffe d'entraînement !4
et le pied presseur !5 pour l'entraînement par aiguille.
2) Retirer le doigt de positionnement de boîte à canette !6 et
le crochet !7 .
1) Para el transporte de aguja, desmonte la placa de agujas
!3 , el dentado de transporte !4 y el pie prensatelas !5 .
2) Retire la lengüeta !6 de posicionamiento de cápsula de
canilla y el gancho !7 .

1) Rimuovere la placca ago !3 , la griffa di trasporto !4 e il
piedino premistoffa !5 per il trasporto a punta d'ago.
2) Rimuovere il dente di posizionamento della capsula !6 e il
crochet !7 .

板の送り歯溝に対する送り歯の左右・前後位置
を調整します。
※ 送り歯は針板の送り歯溝に対して平行に取
り付けてください。
※ 送り歯の左右位置については、送り歯の止
めねじ穴のガタ分で左右位置が調整しきれ
ない場合は、水平送り台腕締めねじ 1 ・上
下送りカム止めねじ 2 をゆるめ、送り台を
左右に動かして調整してください。
※ 送り歯の前後位置については、送りダイヤ
ル目盛最大で送り歯最前進および最後退位
置で、送り歯と針板が当たらない（前後の
すき間がほぼ均等になる）ように水平送り
台腕締めねじ 1 をゆるめ、送り歯の前後位
置を調整してください。
※ 上下送りカムをゆるめた場合は、水平送り
台腕との前後位置がズレないように注意し
てください。 （上下送りカムの押し込み過ぎ
に注意してください。 ）
