3.1 Display und operating elements
The Main menu in the display consists of four rows. The currently selected symbol is
indicated by a white background. The individual rows display the following from left to
right:
The third row describes the meaning of the symbol in plain text.
The fourth row displays the current settings of the selected preparation mode.
• Control button (2):
– By turning this button, you can move from one menu point to another or can
adjust the settings that are displayed under the line.
– The setting is confirmed and/or the preparation is started by pressing the button.
• > button (3):
– You can access the settings under the line by pressing the > button.
• Exit button (4):
– Y ou can return to the symbol level from the row below the line by pressing the Exit
button.
– W hile programming, you can exit the respective menu and jump back one level
using the Exit button.
– W hile the appliance is preparing a drink, you can cancel the process using the Exit
button .
3.2 Making Espresso, Café Crème, Caffè Lungo
Turn the Control button (2) to the desired symbol in the Main menu:
You can see the standard factory settings in the bottom row.
If the standard settings correspond to your requirements:
• Place a cup under the outlet (5).
• Press the Control button (2) once.
• The cup lighting turns on and the appliance prepares the desired cup of coffee.
