Y ou can prepare two cups directly, even if the number of cups has been set to
1. Briefly press the Control button (2) twice and place two cups under the outlet
(5). Two milling operations will be carried out, one after the other.

If it should happen that the water or the coffee beans run out precisely
between the two milling operations, or if the drip trays need to be emptied, this
will be displayed and the second cup of coffee will not be prepared. Follow the
instruction on the display and then press the Control button (2) for the second
coffee.
☛ The process can be cancelled at any time by pressing the Exit button (5).
If you want to change the standard settings:
• Press the > button (3). The bean symbols start to blink.
• Turn the Control button (2) until the desired number of beans blinks. The following
thereby applies:
1 bean = Very mild = l ess than approx. 7 g coffee powder (e.g. very mild Latte
2 beans = Mild
3 beans = Normal
4 beans = Strong
5 beans = Very strong = more than 11 g coffee powder (e.g. very strong Espresso)
• Press the > button (3). The «Enter water amount» display blinks.
• Turn the Control button (2) until the desired water amount is displayed, e.g.:
20 ml – 70 ml
80 ml – 130 ml
140 ml – 240 ml
• Press the > button (3). The number of cups display blinks.
• Turn the Control button (2) to 1 or 2 cups.
• The settings are saved by pressing the Exit button (4).
• Press the Control button once.
• The cup lighting lights up and the appliance prepares the desired type of coffee.

If you press the Control button while you are in the standard settings, a coffee
will be immediately prepared.
☛ Y ou can exit the Settings menu back to the Main menu at any time with the Exit
button (4). The changed settings will be retained.
☛ If the preparation has been started too early or by mistake, the procedure can
be cancelled with the Exit button (4), or some settings can be changed during
the procedure. The changed setting will be displayed as blinking.
Note: The standard settings can be changed according to your taste in the «Settings»
menu point, so that they will no longer have to be adapted in the Main menu (see
Point 3.8).
