Harsh Enclosure IDNet Bracket

Note that for harsh enclosures that include an IDNet scale interface, a bracket (included with unit)
must be installed to protect the connector from a direct impact. This bracket must remain intact to
properly protect the IDNet connector and maintain the ATEX and IECEx approvals. Refer to Figure
2-7 for an example of the IDNet bracket installed on an ATEX certified IND570xx.
To install the protective bracket, remove the nut that secures the IDNet connector to the enclosure,
slide the bracket over the connector, and position it as shown in Figure 2-7. Reinstall the nut to
secure the bracket and torque the nut to 8 Nm (70 lbf-in).

Harsh Enclosure SICSpro Bracket

Note that for harsh enclosures that include a SICSpro scale interface, a bracket (included with unit)
must be installed to protect the connector from a direct impact. This bracket must remain intact to
properly protect the SICSpro connector and maintain the ATEX and IECEx approvals. There is also a
protective cap that must be installed for use when the SICSpro cable is disconnected from the
terminal. Refer to Figure 2-8 for an example of the SICSpro bracket and cap installed on an ATEX
certified IND570xx.
