CLEANING
The wood fired cooker works better if all
its parts are without combustion residuals,
a clean wood fired cooker will be less ex-
posed to problems due to wear. Cleaning

the wood fired cooker is used, as well as on

ASH EMPTYING
An excessive quantity of combustion resid-
uals inside the ash box prevents a correct
oxygen flow to combustion causing a loss
of performance of the wood fired cooker,
moreover it may occurs the ruin of the grill.
So you should remove the ashes regularly.
