GENERAL NOTES
Wood fired cookers are easy to install; any-
way you must take some cares to avoid dam-
ages due to unskillfulness. Do not drag the
cooker, move it keeping it lifted from the
floor. The cooker must not be moved mak-
ing effort on the handrail or on the handles.
For cookers to be enclosed, be sure to main-
tain the minimal safety distances in case of
inflammable materials or sensible to high
temperatures as written in table 1.
The device must be installed on a surface
with enough charge capacity. If the existent
building does not satisfy this condition, you
must make the necessary adjustments (for

CHIMNEY
Chimney has a main importance for the cor-
rect working of a wood fired wood fired
cooker. The wood fired cookers work at
their best only if the chimney matches the
building laws and if it has a correct size. Call
an experienced technician or a local chim-
ney-sweeper for every problem dealing the
chimney, the exhaust-pipe and connection
with the wood fired cooker.

example you can use a late to distribute the
weight). In case of floor made of inflam-
mable materials it is necessary to put a fire-
proof protection on the floor in font of the
fire door. The protection must extend for a
minimum of 50 cm in front and for a mini-
mum of 30 cm sideways over the fire door.
Be sure that the connection to the chimney
is duly made.
In case of enclosure between non sensible
to high temperatures materials, it is neces-
sary anyway to keep a minimum distance of
1-2 mm to allow the dilatation of materials
when the temperature varies.
