3.10 TELESCOPIC PULLOUT FOR BAKING PAN (S 60 CF, S 80, S 90)
All the wood fired wood fired cookers with
oven have a telescopic pullout for endowed
baking pan system.
In this way, it is possible to extract the bak-
ing pan without the necessity to sustain it,
ensuring a better practicality. The telescopic

3.11 PLATE COVER (OPTIONAL)
On every wood fired cooker it is possible to
use, on demand, a stainless steel plate cov-
er, made to cover the plate in the periods
in which the wood fired cooker is not used.
In this way you obtain an uniform desktop.
pullout is placed in a single position inside
the oven but this can be changed by moving
it in the lowest part or in the middle-upper
and upper position. To make this, see pic-
ture 31.

The plate cover must be used with cold
wood fired cooker. Before placing it, be sure
that is not present humidity, that the plate
is clean and that all the necessary mainte-
nance is done.
