l) Setting function "NR"
The noise reduction can be switched on/off here, or regulated separately for the brightness and
colour signal.
"NR MODE" "Y/C": Noise reduction for the brightness and the colour signal
"Y": Noise reduction for the brightness signal
"C": Noise reduction for the colour signal
"OFF": Noise reduction switched off
"Y LEVEL" Noise reduction level for the brightness signal (0....15)
"C LEVEL" Noise reduction level for the colour signal (0....15)
m) Setting function "CAMERA ID"
If desired, the name of the camera can be embedded in the image. Thus, when using many cam-
eras, an identifying assignment can made, e.g. if you enter the installation location. Simple identi-
fi cation is also possible during the recording and later playback of the camera image.
"OFF" The display of the camera name is switched off.
"ON" The display of the camera name is switched on.
If you press the button, the name of the camera can be changed. You can
enter a total of two lines, with 26 characters each.
Make sure that the typeset "CHR1" is always selected! With "CHR2", no
characters are saved and no letters appear for selection.
"CLR": The character selected last is deleted.
Arrow buttons: Use these to select the input point for the camera name you
wish to change.
"POS": When you confi rm this function with the button, you can freely select
the position for the camera name in the image (move the button up/down/
left/right). Confi rm the position, by briefl y pressing the button.
n) Setting function "SYNC"
The default value "INT" (internal) cannot be modifi ed in this camera.
o) Setting function "LANGUAGE"
The setup menu of the camera can be displayed in several languages. Select the required
language.
p) Function "CAMERA RESET"
To reset the camera to the factory settings, select this menu option and briefl y press the button.
