This variant gives the possibility of disposing of two different
sauna treatments.
The other useful accessories for using sauna are the following:
a timer to check the permanence time in the room (hourglass);
a ladle with bucket to sprinkle on hot stones;
a thermo-hygrometer to measure temperature and humidity values. The values provided by instrumenta-
tion are indicative, there could be deviation also of 10% compared to real values, according to thermo-
hygrometer positioning, its manufacturing features and the typical read delay.
OPERATING MODE
FINNISH SAUNA
In this operating mode, the evaporator is not active. In the essence container, check there are no substances
(herbs or oils), that may catch fire in case of overheating.
Set the required temperature and start the heating phase.
In this first phase, the ventilation grid may be closed to accelerate the room heating. Once having reached
the temperature, keep the grid open.
CAUTION! Functioning of Finnish sauna keeping the grid closed is DANGEROUS for user's health!
Please note the optimal climate for sauna is reached only after a certain period of time after parameter setting
on the control panel. It may also take 45-60 minutes.
It is an established fact that temperature distribution in sauna is uneven.
Temperature may reach 110°C close to the ceiling and 30/40°C in the floor area.
In bigger saunas, the presence of benches situated at different heights permit to choose the favourite posi-
tion, according to required temperature.
As a consequence of this particular distribution of inner temperature, it is normal that there are discrepancies
between the temperature values read on the control panel and the ones of the thermo-hygrometer supplied.
A good Finnish sauna is to be taken at 90°C with a relative humidity of about 10%.
Position at the most suitable height according to your own requirements, bearing in mind that temperatures
increase when getting closer to ceiling.
When taking a dry sauna for the first times, it is strongly recommended to expose just for few minutes.
Anyhow, the max. recommended permanence time is 10-15 minutes.
Please note that the dry sauna produces a strong physical impact which somebody could not endure.
CAUTION! Verify your state of health before taking a dry sauna treatment. Consult your doctor for any
eventuality.
