THE STEAM SAUNA

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF STEAM SAUNA
It is known that a hot and moist steam bath
stimulates circulation in a natural manner,
contributing to the decongestion of internal
organs and fighting respiratory infections.
Currently, findings show that the sauna is also
indicated for relieving rheumatic pains, alleviating
the menstrual discomfort and, in general, relaxing
tight muscles.
This treatment, practiced with regularity and
appropriate care, provides a great advantage in
terms of general wellbeing and relaxation.
The effects of steam are also beneficial for
beauty: by dilating the pores, the skin is flushed
of impurities becoming soft and supple. Steam
moisturizing action prevents and alleviates the
formation of wrinkles and fights cellulite, effects
that can be obtained especially by following the
sauna with a lukewarm shower.
The beneficial action of the sauna can be
accentuated by using phytocosmetic essences,
extracted from aromatic and healing herbs, which
have demonstrated their salutary virtues for
centuries.
Steam coming in contact with the essences
poured into a special container frees all their
properties inside the cabin.
During sauna use, the steam escapes from the nozzle at a temperature of 100° C.

SOME USEFUL TIPS FOR THE PROPER USE
OF A STEAM SAUNA
• Don't start the sauna immediately after meals,
wait at least 30 minutes.
• Start at first with short sauna sessions and
then increase gradually.
• The maximum duration of a sauna session
should not exceed 20-25 minutes.
• At the end we recommend rinsing with a
warm shower, then dry, vigorously massaging
the whole body and relax for a few minutes.
You should then apply a moisturizer to your
skin.
• Before and after the sauna it is invigorating to
drink water, fruit juices or supplements.
