6.4 Panel mount
For panel mounting, the optional panel mounting kit is needed.
This means you can install the device in control panels or machine/system walls and
mounted from the rear. This protects the connection lines of the device behind the wall of
the installation.
The protection class of the switchboard installation is IP20. When installing
the Ecolab 'Versatronic ' in the housing wall of cabinets, the protection
class of the enclosure is invalidated and meets protection class of the
switchboard installation.
CAUTION!
Make sure the control panel is stable. For the sufficient mechanical stability
of the panel installation, the weight should be considered in the technical

1 Mounting bracket 1.4301 made of stainless steel from

2 Self-drilling screws 60 × 16 TORX PLUS®a 30IP
(delivered with Ecolab 'Versatronic' )
Procedure
1. Turning the screws (2) is approximately 2 to 3 transitions into the holes provided in
the rear wall of the device (3).
2. Place the device in the appropriate equipment cutout in the panel (4) as shown in the
drawing.
3. Hang the mounting bracket (1) from the corresponding screws (2) on the back of the
device (3).
4. Tighten the screws (2) firmly in the rear panel.
