Detachable filter
Food deposits or calcification can block the pump. Please check
and clean the filter for residues after every use.

Working area:

Important: Never place the appliance on or next to a hot surface (e.g. stove). Always
use it on a stable, flat and temperature resisting surface. Always take care that no
inflammable objects are near to the appliance.
Before using for first time:
∙ Clean the device with a damp cloth externally. Then run the device into the desig-
nated pot with warm water to rinse out production residues.
∙ Attention! Do not immerse electrical part in water!

Vacuum packing

Only use bags that are suitable for vacuum packing. There is no guarantee of proper
closure if normal bags are used. Ensure that there are no spices in the vicinity of the
weld seam, otherwise hermetic sealing will not be possible.
