Device Description

You can customize the CD01-PI configuration with components
and accessories. All pneumatic and electrical connections face
the same way for easy installation. Base plates are internally
coupled electrically via a cascade plug-in system for easy VS
expansion to the maximum stage.
A configuration example with different components is
illustrated below.
