8 Disassembly
Voltage and high pressure!
Danger of injury from electric shocks and sudden pressure
drops.
Disconnect the system from the pressure and voltage
supply before
– disconnecting or connecting plugs,
– disassembling the system or
– replacing individual components.
Danger of burns caused by hot coils!
Touching the valve coils during operating may lead to burns.
Let the device cool off before disassembling it.
Do not touch the device during operation.

Disassembling the VS from a surface

1. Make sure the system is not under pressure or voltage
before disassembly.
2. Remove all pneumatic and electrical connections.
3. Secure the device against falling down before unfastening
it from the mounting surface.
4. Remove the four screws (50) on the CD01-PI.
The VS can now be removed from the mounting surface.
