7.1.1

Check the assignment of the control signals

Before commissioning the CD01-PI you must switch off the
manual override and check the signals without pressure.
1. Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
2. Turn the manual override "turn, snap" (49).
Use a screwdriver to position "0".
3. Switch on the operating voltage.
4. Check the assignment of the control signals to the valve
positions.
The yellow LED is illuminated if the valve is being properly
controlled.
If the LED is not illuminated, the valve position is not being
controlled.
Check whether another valve position is being controlled or
the VS cable/electronics are damaged.
7.1.2

Checking pneumatic functions

1. Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
2. Turn the manual override "turn, snap" (49).
Use a screwdriver to position "0".
3. Make sure that all actuators are in their home positions and
that there is no danger from moving actuators.
4. Apply the compressed air to the system.
5. Check all of the connected valves using the manual override.

Switch on the system

1. First switch on the pneumatic supply.
2. Then switch on the supply voltage.
