PROGRAMMING FUNCTIONS

From switch [A] "MODE" you can select the required function
bC or bF. Pressing switches [3] and [4] you can select
programs 1...9. The fi rst program is set as a default in the
factory. To make the cabinet versatile programs can be added
by the operator to suit their requirements on a day today basis.
To enter your own program:
- Press switch [A] "MODE" for 5 seconds select program
number 2...9.
- Select control by time or temperature switch [6]
- Adjust with up or down down arrow swithes [3 and 4] the
required time (h) or the set point temperature (°C)
(bC-programs only).
- Select the required fan speed either half or full switch [B]
- Select the chilling effi ciency from (soft to hard) switch [C]
You can save the selected program by pressing the [A] "MODE"
switch for a further 5 seconds.
Noite: you can exit the programming menu at any time by
pressing the "start/stop" switch [2] at any time changes will not
be saved.
For example:
An operator requiring to cool a light load with delicate foods to
be chilled.
CHANGING TIME AND TEMPERATURE TO PROGRAM (bC)
Select (bC2) program by pressing "MODE" switch [A]
- Choose (bC2) program by pressing "MODE" switch [A] for
5 seconds and changing with the up arrow [3] to (bC2).
- Choose control mode (temperature/time) by control
switch [6]
- Adjust the required time or the set point temperature (ºC)
[D3 display] Note: usually temperature (+3°C).
- Time can also be set to suit the load entered [h] in hours
by using switches [3] and [4]. During the proces the time
scale will automatically change from hours to minutes
when there is less than 2 hours/120minutes left.
- To save the program and to return to normal mode press
"MODE" [A] for 5 seconds.
- After setting program selected to the required setting
press "start/stop" switch [1].
DEFROSTING
Defrosting of the evaporator is automatic and will commence
when the storage mode [rdy] is displayed. Defrost will then
continue every 6 hour.
Additional defrosts can be initiated if required by pressing
"MODE" [A] and "arrow down" [4] switches at the same time for
5 seconds. An inbuilt timer will always commence defrosts 6
hours after prior defrost unless overridden by operator.
CONDENSING WATER
When defrosting the evaporator releases a large volume of
water that must be carried to an open vented drain.
