RECEIPT
Check the product as soon as you receive it. If you notice that it
has suffered from damages during transportation, you must
indicate this in the delivery documents and tell about the matter to
the carrier off the retailer.
The manufacturer's guarantee does not cover damages
caused by transportation!
INSTALLATION AND INTRODUCTION
The cabinets are delivered either as a plug-in ready version
or as central plant connection ready (CC). In a case of plug-in
ready cabinet, the air circulation above the cabinet must be
free.
The ambient temperature must not exceed +32°C or fall below
+5°C. Avoid placing the cabinet close to any equipment that ra-
diates heat (e.g. oven, radiator). The cabinet is levelled with the
adjustable feet. The cabinet can also be equipped with castors.
The installation and adjustment of a CC-model should always
be done by a qualifi ed refrigeration engineer. Unpack the tray
slide package that is inside the cabinet. Clean the cabinet
and the slides with a mild cleaning agent and wipe dry. Leave
the door open for a while. Place the tray slides at the desired
height.
POWER SUPPLY
The main lead is earthed. Before connecting the cabinet to the
electricity supply make sure that the socket is protected with a
fuse of 16 A delayed. The voltage must be 240V/50Hz/1-phase.
In a case of CC-model, the remote unit requires a separate
power supply. There is no electrical connection between the
cabinet and the refrigeration unit.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SEPARATE MACHINERY

2
The power demand of the evaporator and blast chiller has been
2
described in the manufacturer's technical information.
2
The range of use of the refrigerating compressor has to be
2
suitable for the entire operating range of the blast refrigeration
3
process of the blast chiller / blast freezer. Also, the refrigeration
system has to follow the alternating evaporation temperatures
3
of the blast chilling process so that the requirements of the blast
refrigeration phases are fi lled.

DISHES, AMOUNT OF FOOD
5
BC 720- and BC/BF 720-cabinet are designed to accept
6
GN 1/1-dishes. It is not recommended to use deeper dishes
6
than 65 mm.

Please do not over-load the
cabinet. There is a load limit
label on the back wall inside
the cabinet that should not be
exceeded. Do not place goods
on the fl oor either. The air
circulation on the fl oor should
not be blocked. In order to
support quicker chilling
process, it is recommended to
use several gn-dishes with as
thin layers of food as
possible. The given
parameters were tested with a
50-mm test package. Different
food has different properties;
therefore if possible the best
results are obtained by chilling
only one type of food at one
time.
