Standby on/off switch
- Note switch should be pressed for 5 seconds
to initiate either on or off

Start/Stop –switch
- pressing this switch starts or ends the selected process

Arrow up -switch

Interior light on/off switch
- (where the light is fi tted only)
- press switch for 1 second to initiate on or off.

Temperature-time control switch
(this switch active only during programming mode see
next page)
- Models equipped with probe warming feature, this switch
to be pressed for 5 secods to initiate heat.
L1: is lit when the compressor runs
L2: is lit when the evaporator fan runs
L3: is lit during the defrosting (Note bC/bF models only)

MODE switch
- for initiating programme selection
bC1...9 blast chilling
bF1...9 blast chilling/freezing
Fan speed switch
- select either half or full speed
Soft/Hard switch
- This allows selection effi ciency from low to full capacity,
i.e. for a small batch of food to be chilled select position
1...2 to avoid ice forming on the food. For large batch's
use 6...7 full capacity
- Display the selected program
- Displays the active functions (dEF=defrosting).
- "Err" Alarm activated i.e. in case of high temperature
- "Alr" fault situation when probe is in use.
- Temperature of food when probe is inserted during the
blast chilling process
- Air temperature in blast freezing process
Note probe to be in holding bracket.
- If D1 is in "Err" or "Alr" shows the explanation.
- Set point temperature
- Remaining time left for process
- "rdy" in the display indicates process complete.
