The Machine Test Sheet must be filled in correctly with
all the information requested:
• Complete name and address (postcode), custo-
mer's telephone no. and fax no., stamped and signed
by the distributor or agent.
• Machine type, serial number and date the machine
was commissioned.
One copy of the Machine Test Sheet must be retained
by the authorised dealer or by the agent.
It is important that any defects identified when the
machine is started up be cleared up during the
machine testing phase in order to reduce the amount
of servicing required under warranty during the first
month of use
1.7.2 CONDITIONS, OBLIGATIONS,
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
Control and maintenance of the machine
The client must follow the manufacturer's instructions
concerning maintenance of the machine, in particular
with regard to the regular controls and overhauls.
For the overhaul required after 250 hours of operation
and after the first month of use, the customer must
prove that maintenance on the machine has been
carried out as directed.
The non-observance of these conditions automatically
invalidates the warranty.
Warranty conditions
The FARESIN-HANDLERS warranty does not cover
the consequences of normal wear, nor the defects,
failures or damage in general caused by poor
maintenance or by incorrect use of the machine, with
particular reference to overloading or changing the
characteristics of the product.
Furthermore, the work time as indicated systematically
by the hourmeter must be recorded after every
servicing.
The hourmeter must be kept in good working condition
to guarantee its continued effectiveness over time and
its reliability as a measuring device for maintenance.
In the event of operation which does not comply with
the guidelines in the use and maintenance manual,
the request for warranty shall not be considered.

La fiche de contrôle de la machine doit être dûment
remplie avec les informations requises:
• Nom et adresse complète (code postal), n° de télé-
phone et fax du Client, avec le cachet et la signature
du distributeur ou de l'agent.
• Type de machine, n° de série et date de la mise en
service.
Une copie de la Fiche de Contrôle de la Machine doit
être conservée par le concessionnaire ou par l'agent.
Il est important que les défauts constatés au moment
de la mise en marche soient résolus lors du contrôle
de la machine et ceci pour réduire le nombre
d'interventions en garantie pendant le premier mois
d'utilisation.
1.7.2 CONDITIONS, OBLIGATIONS,
EXCLUSIONS DE LA GARANTIE
Contrôle et entretien de la machine
Le Client a le devoir de suivre les indications fournies
par le constructeur pour l'entretien, avec une référence
particulière aux révisions et aux contrôles périodiques.
À la révision prévue après 250 heures de
fonctionnement et après le premier mois d'utilisation,
le Client doit être en mesure de prouver à tout moment
que l'entretien de la machine a été effectué
normalement.
Le non respect de ces conditions, annule le droit à la
garantie.
Conditions de garantie
La garantie de FARESIN-HANDLERS ne couvre pas
les conséquences d'une usure normale, ni les défauts,
les avaries ou les dommages en général, dérivant d'un
entretien non conforme ou d'une utilisation anormale,
avec une référence particulière aux surcharges et à la
modification des caractéristiques du produit.
Par ailleurs, la durée d'utilisation doit être indiquée
systématiquement par le relèvement du compteur de
temps qui doit être effectué après chaque intervention.
Le compteur de temps devra être conservé en bon
état de fonctionnement pour garantir la durée
d'utilisation et la justification de l'entretien au moment
opportun. Dans le cas d'opérations non conformes aux
informations contenues dans le manuel d'emploi et
d'entretien, la demande de garantie ne pourra pas être
prise en considération.
