Checking the water level in the radiator
The level of the coolant must always reach
approximately halfway up the expansion tank.
Top up through the cap (1 - Fig. 96).
Only top the water up when the temperatu-
re of the motor drops below 50°C to avoid
liquid from spurting out under pressure
and/or burns from contact with hot parts of
the motor.
Cleaning the radiator grille
It is important to clean the radiator grille (2) regularly
with a soft brush to guarantee the good working order
of the cooling system.

5.2.4 REFROIDISSEMENT
Contrôle du niveau d'eau dans le radiateur
Le niveau du liquide réfrigérant doit toujours atteindre
environ à la moitié du vase d'expansion.
Les ajouts s'effectuent à travers le bouchon (1 - Fig.
96).
Rajouter le liquide uniquement lorsque le
moteur a atteint une température inférieure
à 50°C afin d'éviter toutes possibilités de
sortie de liquide sous pression et/ou de
brûlures avec les parties du moteur.
Nettoyage de la grille du radiateur
Il est important de nettoyer périodiquement la grille du
radiateur (2) avec une brosse souple afin de garantir
l'efficacité du système de refroidissement.
