4 OPERATION

The operation of the pH transmitter is classified according to 3 levels.
Main Menu
pH, temperature and output current are displayed in the normal function mode.
The "HOLD" function and electrode calibration ("PH CALIB") can be accessed . (§ 4.2)
Calibration Menu
The calibration mode allows adjustments of all pH (or temperature) measurement parame-
ters: language, units, 4...20 mA output, relays thresholds (option), temperature compensati-
on mode, instantaneous electrode voltage display, and filter selection (§ 4.3).
Test Menu
The test menu allows the basic setting of the transmitter: Offset (4 mA), Span (20 mA),
temperature adjustment.
A pH or temperature value can be simulated via this menu, allowing the process to be
tested in the "dry condition" (§ 4.4)
