FAULT
Desk fails to come on.
Manual section faders do not produce an output when pushed
up.
Manual section LED's do not mimic fader operation.
On/off for Preset B cannot be switched on.
No output from crossfade/playback section.
Memories cannot be recorded or inserted.
Effects section Step button has no effect.
No output from Effect section.
The desk does not retain it's configuration when switched off.
Channel 1 fader and flash key operates a channel other than 1.

Is power supply connected to mains supply ?
Is mains supply switched on ?
Has the Manual section been blacked out ? (ON/OFF)
Has the Master section been blacked out ? (ON/OFF)
Is the Master section fader off of 0 ?
Is the Preview set to show desk output ? (ON/OFF)
Has the Master section been blacked out ? (ON/OFF)
Is the Master section fader off of 0 ?
Desk is in single Preset mode.
Has the crossfade/playback section been blacked out ?
Has the Master section been blacked out ?
Is the Master section fader off of 0 ?
Is the Memory capacity full (check in MENU) ?
Speed fader not set at bottom of it's travel.
Has the effect section been blacked out ? (ON/OFF)
Has the Master section been blacked out ? (ON/OFF)
Is the Master section fader off of 0 ?
Is the Level fader off of 0 ?
If the desk indicates that it's battery is low when it is switched
on refer to an authorised dealer for information on replacing
the battery.
A custom patch has been created. Modify the patch or reinstall
the default via MENU.
