Water
for hot water
The quantity of water can be set between 20 ml and 240 ml.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Water» and press the knob to confirm.
• The set quantity of water starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) until the desired quantity appears and confirm by
pressing the right control knob. The set quantity stops blinking.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the right to the next setting or press the left con-
trol knob (2) to return to the previous level.
Temperature

This display only appears for all types of coffees except «Warm Milk» and
«Water» if you have individually programmed the menu option «Temperature»
in the «Settings».
You can set the coffee temperature to «Normal», «High» and «Maximum».
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Temperature» and press the knob to confirm.
• The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) until the desired temperature level appears and con-
firm by pressing the right control knob. The setting stops blinking.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the right to the next setting or press the left con-
trol knob (2) to return to the previous level.
3.9 «Live» programming
With live programming you can change and store the standard settings during brew-
ing of a drink. This is particularly useful if you are not sure how much liquid your cup
can hold.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the position «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the position «Recipes» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the desired type of coffee and press the knob to
confirm.
• The display shows «Live Prog. Start».

Do not forget to place the cup under the spout (4), since under live program-
ming the selected drink will be directly prepared.
• Press the right control knob (3). The display shows «Aroma» and the bean symbols
blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) until the desired number of beans blinks.
• Press the right control knob (3) to confirm.
• The display shows «please wait» and the machine heats up to start brewing.
