4.3 Temperature

You can set the coffee temperature to «Normal», «High», «Maximum» or «Individual»,
as you wish. The temperature that you program here will then apply for all coffee
specialities. In order to be able to individually determine the temperature for each
coffee speciality (see chapter 3.8) you will have to program the «Individual» level here.
The basic factory setting is «High».
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting Temperature» and press the knob to con-
firm.
• The current temperature setting appears on the display.
• Press the right control knob (3). The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the desired temperature level and press the knob
to confirm.
• Press the left control knob (2). The display shows «Setting Temperature».
• From here you can change further settings by turning the right control knob (3) or
by pressing the left control knob (2) to return to the main menu.

4.4 Language

• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting Language» and press the knob to confirm.
• The current language setting appears on the display.
• Press the right control knob (3). The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to the desired language and press the knob to confirm.
• Press the left control knob (2). The display shows «Setting Language».
• From here you can change further settings by turning the right control knob (3) or
by pressing the left control knob (2) to return to the main menu.
4.5 Rinsing at switch-off (Off-rinse)
The switch-on rinsing was pre-programmed at the factory and is permanently
installed. Every time the appliance is switched on, it will heat up and request a rins-
ing operation so that the lines remain clean, so that coffee will only be brewed with
fresh water. The rinse request will be shown on the display and will be started by
pressing the right control knob (3).
As an option, you can also program automatic rinsing after the switch-off of the
appliance (factory setting is disabled). This rinsing will only be carried out, however,
if a cup of coffee is drawn immediately before the appliance is switched off.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting Off-rinse» and press the knob to confirm.
• Press the right control knob (3). The setting starts to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Yes» and press the knob to confirm.
• Press the left control knob (2). The display shows «Setting Off-rinse».
• From here you can change further settings by turning the right control knob (3) or
by pressing the left control knob (2) to return to the main menu.
