If you want to change the standard settings:
• Turn the left control knob (2) until the desired quantity of water is indicated.
• Press the right control knob (3) once.
• The machine now prepares the hot water.

If the preparation has been started too early or by mistake, the procedure can
either be cancelled by pressing the right control knob (3), or some settings can
be changed during the procedure. The settings that can be changed are indi-
cated by blinking and are changed by turning the left control knob (2).
Note:
The standard settings can be changed according to your taste in the «Setting» menu
point, so that they will no longer have to be adapted in the main menu (see chapter 3.8).
3.6 «My coffee»
The «My Coffee» programming offers you another alternative for selecting the coffee
of your choice at the touch of a knob.

We advise you to first of all carry out the standard programming according to
your wishes before you make your first coffee. For this proceed as follows:
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Setting» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «Recipes» and press the knob to confirm.
• Turn the right control knob (3) to «My coffee» and press the knob to confirm.
• In the second line the name of the currently-stored drink appears.
• Press the right control knob (3) and the second line begins to blink.
• Turn the right control knob (3) until the desired type of coffee appears and press
the knob to confirm.
• If you now turn the right control knob (3) further, the settings associated with the
selected drink appear:
Coffee: Live Prog. Start* / Aroma / Coffee / Temperature**
Espresso: Live Prog. Start* / Aroma / Coffee / Temperature**
Cappuccino: Live Prog. Start* / Aroma / Coffee/ Froth / Temperature**
Latte Macchiato: Live Prog. Start* / Aroma / Coffee/ Milk / Froth / Temperature**
Warm milk: Live Prog. Start* / Milk / Froth
Hot water: Live Prog. Start* / Water
*The live programming is described in chapter 3.9.
**This setting only appears if the menu option «Temperature» is individually programmed in the «Settings» list
(see chapter 4.3)
• Continue now with programming each setting as described in chapter 3.8 from
item «Aroma» onwards.
• If you have adjusted each setting according to your wish, you can return to the
main menu by pressing the left control knob (2).
In the main menu turn the right control knob (3) to the position «My coffee».
