If the preparation has been started too early or by mistake, the procedure can
either be cancelled by pressing the right control knob (3), or some settings can
be changed during the procedure. The settings that can be changed are indi-
cated by blinking and are changed by turning the left control knob (2).
Note:
The standard settings can be changed according to your taste in the «Setting» menu
point, so that they will no longer have to be adapted in the main menu (see chapter 3.8).

3.3 Preparing Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato

The special frother automatically draws the milk from the carton or the milk contain-
er and fills the cup.
•
Immerse the hose into the milk carton or the milk container and connect the other
end of the suction hose to the height-adjustable spout (fig. A).
In the main menu turn the right control knob (3) to the desired drink.
In the lower line the standard settings of the total quantity of liquid in ml and the
aroma strength in beans are shown.
If the standard settings correspond to your requirements:
•
Place a cup under the outlet (4).
•
Press the right control knob (3) once.
•
The appliance prepares the desired cup of coffee.
TIP:
Dried milk residues are very difficult to remove. You should therefore clean everything
thoroughly once they has cooled down! Always follow the instructions in the «Rinse
frother» display (see chapter 5.1).

When making Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato, only one cup at a time can be
prepared.

The process can be cut short at any time by pressing the right control knob (3).
If you want to change the standard settings:
•
Turn the left control knob (2) until the desired quantity of liquid is indicated.
•
Press the left control knob (2) until the desired number of beans is indicated.
•
Press the right control knob (3) once.
•
The machine now prepares the desired coffee.

The proportion of coffee to milk / froth is maintained even if the total liquid
quantity is altered.
