Open a TELNET session:

1. Press 'F5' to refresh the WEB page, and go back to output panel. If the output is
still missing, see next point.

2. Open a TELNET session:

3. If the output is still missing, open the device. Check the black cables connections
and the switchs configurations (see Appendix D – MAINTENANCE / Output card
switchs verification).
THE DEvICE STaY IN "COMMUTING" MODE ?
►
1. The device stays in this mode when it cannot reach any NTP server. Check that
the NTP servers are reachable on the network.
►
2. Open the NTP panel of the configuration WEB page and verify that the IP addres-
ses of the NTP servers are correct. If in "auto-detect" mode, restart your device :
the auto-detection is done at start-up.
