2.2 Wall installation - Double-sided clock
2.2.1 Mechanical installation
Caution: this type of double-sided clock can weigh up to 29 kg. In addition to this, there are
mechanical constraints related to locking, which is why we recommend that you install this
double-sided clock on a concrete wall.
- Loosen and remove the air inlet screw
on the underside of the clock's wall bracket (6 mm Allen key),
- Partially loosen the four cover screws
on one side of the clock,
- Gently slide forward and remove partially this clock face
to access the clock's internal cabling,
- Disconnect the flat cable connected to the movement of each
of the two sides,
- Completely remove the first side and place it on a
clear, clean and flat work surface,
- Partially loosen the four cover screws
remove this side then place it on a clear, clean and flat work surface,
- Remove the cardboard wedge between the movement and the dial.
Where the clock is to be installed:
- Drill four holes in the wall according to the following layout and dimensions above,
- Pass cabling through the clock's wall bracket,
- Position the arm of the clock and tighten the wall mounting fastenings,
Application of a silicone seal is recommended between the mounting plate and the wall to ensure
correct sealing.
- Reposition the clock face opposite the grommet having first cleaned the clock face seal and
then having applied silicone oil on it,
- Tighten the four cover screws
- Reconnect the flat cable that goes towards the movement on this side

- Before repositioning the clock face on the grommet side, follow the instructions for the electrical
installation.
If subsequent maintenance is required, remove only the clock face on the grommet side.
However, access to the battery (optional) requires removal of the side opposite to the grommet.
