INTENDED USE
These instructions explain the installation / assembly and
operation of the boiler, control panel and expansion tank.
These instructions are approved for
The Alde Compact 3010 boiler fitted in
recreational vehicles.
Installation and repairs may only be carried out by a
professional. This boiler must be installed in accordance
with local codes if any; if not, follow ANSI Z223.1/NFPA
54 or CAN/CSA B149.1, Natural Gas and Propane
Installation Code, as applicable.
PROHIBITED USE
To be used in recreational vehicles and no other places.
SAFETY FEATURES
This boiler is equipped with the following safety devices:
Flame monitoring
If the flame goes out the gas supply is switched off by a
flame monitoring device.
Low-voltage shutdown
If voltage drops below 10.5 V DC, the gas supply to the
burner will be switched off.
Monitoring of the exhaust fan If there is a failure of the
exhaust gas fan, the gas supply to the burner is switched
off.
Monitoring of hot water temperature
A water over temperature switch avoids excessively high
water temperatures above 185 °F (85 °C).
