REPLACING THE WEDGE BLOCKING LEVER
On reading this chapter, each reference is to be identified in the figure
on page 31/35.
Before performing the operations, read the following instructions
carefully:
Make sure that the lock jaw (7) and the wedge (11b), are clearly
visible and the lever (19c) is inserted in its own slot.
1)
Remove the spring (20a), loosen the screw (20b) and the nut (20c) see chap. 9
DISPOSAL page 33/35;
2)
Remove the wedge blocking lever (20), see chap. 9 DISPOSAL page
3)
Position the new wedge blocking lever (20) and fix it using the screw (20b) and
the nut (20c)
Coupling torque 50-60 Nm
4)
Mount the spring (20a)

Every time this operation is performed, the screw (20b) and nut

(20c) must be replaced, see chap. 9 DISPOSAL page 33/35.
