Lift the fifth wheel plate (8) using equipment suitable for lifting 150 kg;
Attention! Possibility of crushing the limbs.

Make sure that the fifth wheel plate (8) remains tightly anchored in a stable
and safe manner to be able to extract the upper pad (29) see chap. 9
DISPOSAL page 33/35.

Position the new upper pad (29) paying attention that the
arrow visible on it faces the front part of the tractor;
Re-position the fifth wheel plate (8) on the

supports (30);
Introduce the new lower pad (28)

paying attention that the arrow visible
on it faces the front part of the tractor
and the fixing plate (27);
8)
Block everything using
the four screws (3a) and
washers (25)
Coupling torque

Every time this operation is performed, the
