ATTENTION: check that coupling has occurred regularly; check that
the opening lever (19c) has retracted to its own position and that the
safety lever (19a) has lowered. Attach the carabiner hook (19m) in the
hole on the opening lever.
ATTENTION: if the opening lever (19c) has not retracted perfectly, try
and move the tractor forward and backward by approx. 50 cm. in a way
to allow the semi-trailer articulation kingpin to go to the correct position
and the opening lever (19c) to retract normally.
If the
counter-plate does not rest completely on the fifth wheel support, start-
up and movement are not allowed under any circumstances.
Contact the nearest workshop for the measures to be adopted.
6)
Lift the semi-trailer support feet up to end run.
