REPLACING THE MECHANISM KIT
On reading this chapter, each reference is to be identified in the figures
from page 28/35 to page 30/35.
Before performing the operations, read the following instructions
carefully:
Make sure that thelock jaw
visible and the lever (19c) is well inserted in its own slot.
1)
Loosen the screws (2a), which will release the wear ring (2c);
2)
Extract the worn wear ring (2c) see chap. 9 DISPOSAL page 33/35;
3)
Via the screw (2a), extract the pin (2b);
4)
Position the fifth wheel plate (8) as in the figure on page 29/35, performing the
operations necessary to release the fifth wheel plate (8) from its own supports,
see chap. 7.1 REPLACING THE PADS page 26/35;
