USE AND OPERATION
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION
NOTE: Carefully read the hazards
mentioned in section "Hazards and safety
provisions during use" on page 8.
ATTENTION: Besides being author-
ised and appropriately documented, and if
necessary, instructed and trained, on fi rst
usage, users shall simulate several opera-
tions to identify the controls and main func-
tions.
WARNING: Use only as intended by
the manufacturer and never tamper with
any device to obtain performance levels
outside the rated specifi cations.
ATTENTION: As well as taking care
to meet these requirements, users should
also implement all safety regulations and
read the description of the controls and the
start-up procedure carefully.
WARNING: The fl oor near the appli-
ance could be slippery.
WARNING: Do not obstruct the fl ue to
prevent the temperature of the combustion
components and products from increasing
excessively over the admissible limits.
WARNING: Do not remove the pro-
tections preventing the accidental contact
with high temperature surfaces and ensur-
ing the correct combustion of gas appli-
ances.

USE AND OPERATION
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the
following rules should be adopted.
– Use only the accessories recommended by
the manufacturer.
– Check that the oven bottom plate is in the
correct position.
– Check that the inspection hatch is closed.
– Allow the oven to warm up before using it.
– Do not use the oven with the door partly
open.
– When cooking in the oven, use the top
guides for cakes and the bottom guides for
roasts.
– Always keep the appliance and the surround-
ing areas clean.
– When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
WARNING: Use PPE to prevent scald-
ing from contact or hot food boiling over.
IMPORTANT: The 7 kW burner requi-
res pans with a diameter of min 200 mm and
max 420 mm; the 10 kW burner requires
pans of min. 240 mm and max 460 (500 mm
only for burners working individually); the 4
kW burner requires pans with a diameter of
min 140 mm and max 320 mm.
