TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The open burner range with oven, referred to
from now on as "the appliance", is designed and
manufactured for preparing and cooking foods
within the professional catering sector (for ex-
ample: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens, hospi-
tals, and in business activities such as bakeries,
butcher's shops, etc...); it must not be used for
mass production of foods and must be used by
qualifi ed and trained personnel.
