4. If desired, connect a relay

5. Connect the positive cable from the battery charger to the positive terminal of the battery.
6. Connect the negative cable from the battery charger to the negative terminal of the battery.

Connect the battery charger to the D+ connection and the power supply.
Disconnecting the batteries
Follow the installation procedure in reverse order.
10 Operation
Selecting the house battery type
Before selecting the house battery type ensure the following:
• No batteries are connected to the battery charger.
• The battery charger is connected to an AC power source.
Press the jump starter and house battery type selector button
The LED indicator flashes green and red.
Each press selects the next battery type and the output LED indicator signals the chosen type with the number of
green flashes followed by one red flash:

Using the battery charger
The battery charger automatically charges the batteries when it is connected to an AC source or an alternator.
