5.5 - PIZZA BAKING
• Once the set temperature is reached, open the access
door and insert the pizza to be baked.
ATTENTION
Inside the oven, temperature is very high, therefore
suitable individual protection means shall be used
to insert and remove the pizza; RISK OF BURNS.
• During cooking you can change the parameters by
means of the relating keys as explained in the previous
paragraphs.
• Once the pizza is baked, open the oven access door
and remove the baked pizza.
5.5.a Suggestions for a right baking
A right chimney adjustment is important to correctly
bake the pizza.
•
If the chimney is entirely closed during cooking, dur-
ing the pizza coking, steam will come out from the
door. What is more the ceiling resistance power will
be consistently reduced because of the steam pres-
ence, and therefore the pizza will generally cook more
on the lower part and less on the upper par.
•
If the chimney is directly connected with an aspirator,
too much heat will be extracted from the oven and
this will result a too dry pizza also being burnt in its
lower side.
Parameters can change according o the type of
pastry used.
•
The table contains some baking time values to be set
according to the type of baking you have to consider.
The indicated baking time is approximate, because it
can depend on the different existing conditions (type
of dough, temperature, etc..)

self-diagnostic cycle to report possible failures:
Safety thermostat alarm
Chamber over-temperature alarm
(temperature higher than 460°C)
Interrupter chamber probe alarm
Chamber probe alarm in short circuit
All the alarms are reset following the manual machine
reset, when pressing the relating "R" key for a long time
Alarm no communication with the display (it is reset if the
display and power restart communicating). It is displayed
