Installation and connections
Smoke aspirator assembling (upon request)
(Fig. 4)
Depending on requirements, it is possible to in-
stall a smoke aspirator positioned on the bottom
or on the top of the oven.
Installation on the bottom
• Fix the aspirator (1) to the oven positioned on
a lower level and fitted to the support on the
oven base by the screws (2) supplied
• Fit the aspirator (1) on the support with sepa-
rators fitted with the screws and washers.
• Connect through the tube (3) the aspiration
inlet to the chimney connection (4).
• Cover the upper part of the chimney with the
plate (5) supplied.
Installation on top
• Mount the aspirator (1) on top of the oven by
fixing the stand with the screws (2) supplied.
• Fit the aspirator (1) on the support with sepa-
rators fitted with the screws and washers.
• Connect through the tube (3) the aspiration
inlet to the chimney connection (4).
